WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

- Due to the nature of the handmade process no two products will ever be identical and it is common for there to be imperfections which enhance the beauty of a product made by hand.
- The products created in wood are specifically prone to differences in each piece. Each piece is uniquely beautiful (knots, cracks, grain, holes etc). Whether hand-painted, distressed or stained, Your product will not be like any other. In hand-staining the stain color can vary given the grain pattern of the wood.
- All wood pieces will be sealed with a protectant to ensure longevity of the product. All will be sealed with an interior protectant unless otherwise specifically stated.
- PORCH SIGNS AND DOOR HANGERS are the perfect product for the “Exterior Protective Sealant”. However, please note these products are not produced to last forever in nature and all she brings. To enhance the lifespan, you may want to consider using in areas that have some kind of cover or block from the elements.
- Semi-Custom pieces are available, however there are a few things to keep in mind.
- The order will take longer to produce since it will be specific to your requests.
- A Work Order will be generated and sent with request for the specific changes for you to approve with a signature and return. (Semi-Custom is a color change or Personalized information included in the original price. It is NOT for DESIGN CHANGES). No changes can be made once the work begins. There will be a $25.00 fee for each change to order once Work Order is signed and returned.
- Orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. A Work Order will be generated with all custom requests and information needed for the design. The customer will review, approve with a signature and email back to us, along with the balance (other 50%) on the original invoice. Once all is received, the process of creating your piece will begin.
- Any color change or personalization on an order has the status of FINAL SALE. These will NOT be able to be returned or exchanged.
- Colors viewed online may not reflect the same coloration the actual color used due to different types of viewing devices. We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions.
- Payment is required before any product will be created and shipped.
- Turnaround Time is generally within two weeks for standard orders. Semi-Custom orders take longer and will be quoted based on the order. Holidays, especially during the fall/winter are dependent on sale cut-off dates and shipping cut-off dates. With rare exception, most cut-off dates for shipping are two weeks PRIOR to the holiday.
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY, or UPS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Shipping is an additional charge UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. (we do run promotions for FREE SHIPPING).
- EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL ALWAYS BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
- International Shipping is by Special Quote. Contact us for more information and q quote.
- It is our ardent desire that all Customers are more than satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason, you are not, we are more than willing to discuss. Given the circumstance, we would provide a like for like exchange OR an exchange for something of equal value. (An Oops by us would certainly call for a like for like replacement – just send us a pic) Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.
